This policy describes how Endless Realms handles information required to provide accounts, interactive adventures, and optional paid media. It should be checked against actual production infrastructure and provider contracts before publication.
Information handled
The service may process your email address, password hash, adult confirmation, saved adventures, world and character settings, prompts, scene history, inventory, generated artwork and media, credit balance, purchases, technical logs, IP addresses, and device or browser information.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, save and resume adventures, calculate and process credits, fulfill media requests, detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.
AI and other providers
Story prompts and relevant scene information may be transmitted to external AI-generation providers, including Venice AI, to produce text, images, narration, or video. Payment information is handled through the connected payment provider, Stripe. Check each provider's current retention and training policies before relying on any specific claim.
Cookies and sessions
The site uses authentication session cookies and related browser storage to preserve login state, preferences, and some gameplay settings. Payment and infrastructure services may set their own necessary cookies.
Storage and security
Saved adventures and generated media remain on application infrastructure as required to operate the service. Reasonable safeguards should be used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Restarting or deleting an adventure removes its saved gameplay information as implemented by the service; this does not necessarily remove backups, transaction records, or third-party provider records. Account deletion, retention schedules, and data-rights request processes must be documented and verified before the policy is finalized.
Your choices
You may manage gameplay preferences and saved adventures through supported account controls. For data access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact the platform operator through its published support channel. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
Updates
Material changes to this policy should be posted here with a revised effective date. The platform operator should add an identifiable controller name, contact address, retention periods, and legally required regional disclosures.
