These terms govern access to Endless Realms, an interactive AI-assisted storytelling service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older to register. You are responsible for your account credentials and activities under your account. Provide accurate registration information and do not share access in ways that compromise account security.
Interactive content
Your choices, generated narrative, illustrations, audio, and video may vary between sessions. AI-generated material may contain mistakes or unexpected content. Do not treat fictional output as professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.
Credits and purchases
Some actions use credits, and optional audiovisual generation may require additional credits. Available prices and charges are shown in the service before purchase or generation. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. Except where law requires otherwise, completed digital services and spent credits are not refundable; any specific refund, expiration, or withdrawal rules should be clearly disclosed at checkout before launch.
Player-created content
You remain responsible for prompts and other content you submit. You grant Endless Realms the limited permission necessary to process, store, display, and generate outcomes from your submissions to provide the service. Do not submit content that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, abuse credits or payment systems, or use the service to facilitate illegal activity. We may restrict access to protect the platform or comply with law.
Availability and changes
Service availability and AI providers may change. We may modify the service and these terms; material updates should be communicated through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For account, purchase, or legal concerns, use the contact details provided by the operator. The operator should add its legal entity, business address, support contact, applicable governing law, and dispute process before publishing this policy as final.
